Originally from Houston, Bryan joined Development Counsellors International in 2007 soon after moving to New York. He has a degree in management and marketing from Baylor University.

Bryan's Passion for Places

Anyone who has been to the Lone Star State has heard the phrase “Don’t Mess with Texas." Those that grow up there have a strong pride for their Texan heritage that they carry no matter where they go. And while Bryan is no exception to the rule, he decided to move to New York to explore and experience a new place. He is passionate about business and knew that starting his career in the center of the business world would expand his horizons.  Although Bryan will always have a love for the South, he is quickly becoming enamored with his clients' regions and all they have to offer.

Notable Results

• Bryan developed a relationship between one of his lead accounts, PromoMadrid, and a top-level executive of a multimillion dollar corporation who was actively researching expansion opportunities. Normally, this client is forced to travel to the United States in order to meet with investing companies. Bryan, however, was able to coordinate a meeting while company representatives were traveling through Madrid.

• With the help of skill and luck, Bryan was able to schedule a meeting between Madrid and a large expanding green energy company while they were touring Europe within hours of initial contact.

• Many times, companies looking to expand are unaware of particular areas that might be prime for operations. In one such instance, Bryan introduced the region of Wales in the UK to a quickly growing firm that, prior to a meeting with Welsh officials, had not considered Wales. After this relationship had been formed, the company stated that Wales was among their top location opportunities.
